Cabin Crew Position
Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group carrying over 600K guests on over 3,600 daily flights, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join its dynamic cabin crew family. As part of a team of 16,000+ cabin crew members, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional safety and customer service onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. The airline is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions for its extensive network of over 90 operational bases, particularly welcoming applications for the Autumn/Winter months. No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and a strong team spirit are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for all passengers and crew.
- Providing excellent customer service to guests throughout their journey.
- Handling onboard sales and contributing to sales targets.
- Working effectively as part of a cabin crew team.
- Adhering strictly to airline procedures and regulations.
- Operating on a varied shift pattern, including early mornings and late nights.
Training and Career Progression:
Successful applicants will undertake a comprehensive 6-week training course covering all essential skills for the role, including safety procedures and customer service excellence. The training involves studying, exams, and culminates in supervised operational flights before earning Cabin Crew Wings. Requirements:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height must be between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Enjoys interacting with the public and has the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
