Job Summary
This is an outstanding opportunity to become a Cabin Crew member for Europe’s Largest Airline Group. The role involves joining a dedicated team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew professionals across a growing network of 90+ operational bases, who collectively deliver best-in-class customer service to over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights.
No prior experience is necessary, as candidates will receive world-leading training completely free of charge. Training courses are comprehensively designed to provide all fundamental skills required to deliver a safe and top-tier inflight experience. Upon successful completion, individuals will be issued with their ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and be ready for active service.
As a member of the Cabin Crew family, individuals will be immersed in a vibrant company culture from day one, with extensive and promising career opportunities. These pathways include progression to Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to a Director of Inflight position.
While the Cabin Crew role is rewarding, it is a demanding position where safety is the utmost priority. It requires operation of both early and late shifts, with duty reporting times potentially as early as 5 AM and return times as late as midnight. Ideal candidates are highly customer-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess a strong sense of enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and demonstrate the capability to support another person in water.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
- Successful completion of a mandatory situational judgment test as part of the application process.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
- Demonstrated ability to interact positively with the public and provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
