The role necessitates operating both early and late shifts, with duty commencement potentially as early as 5 am and return times extending close to midnight. The Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme: Hold Pool

As the airline approaches a record-breaking Summer season with limited immediate openings, this programme allows interested candidates to express interest in joining a Cabin Crew "hold pool" for future training courses scheduled later in the year.

Participation in this programme involves processing fully completed applications and inviting candidates for an online interview. Successful applicants will be placed in a "hold pool," gaining priority for placement on future Cabin Crew training courses as they become available. The airline’s teams maintain regular contact with candidates in the hold pool, providing updates on upcoming courses and re-confirming interest in preferred or alternative operational locations.

To progress in the application process, candidates must successfully complete the initial stages, including an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. An invitation to an online interview follows, and successful candidates from this stage are placed in the hold pool for future training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
  • Must be able to swim 25 metres unaided and supporting someone else.
  • Possesses a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality (beneficial).
  • Is adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoys dealing with the public and possesses the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Is comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Demonstrates a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
