Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, invites aspiring individuals to express their interest for its Future Cabin Crew programme. This initiative offers candidates an exclusive opportunity to join over 16,000 dedicated Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s extensive and expanding network of more than 90 operational bases. These professionals deliver exceptional customer service to over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights.
Serving as a Cabin Crew member with Ryanair provides access to outstanding benefits, including unlimited discounted travel across the airline’s network of over 250 destinations, an industry-leading fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern, and highly competitive salary packages. The airline provides world-leading training, completely free of charge. No prior aviation or Cabin Crew experience is necessary, as the comprehensive training courses are meticulously designed to equip individuals with all the fundamental skills required to ensure passenger safety and deliver a top-tier inflight experience. Upon successful completion of training, recruits are awarded their ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and are prepared to commence their flying career.
While the role of Cabin Crew is rewarding and offers unparalleled experiences exploring new cultures and cities, it is also a demanding position where safety is paramount. The role necessitates operating both early and late shifts, with duty commencement potentially as early as 5 am and return times extending close to midnight. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates significant enthusiasm.
As the airline approaches a record-breaking Summer season with limited immediate openings, this programme allows interested candidates to express interest in joining a Cabin Crew "hold pool" for future training courses scheduled later in the year.
Participation in this programme involves processing fully completed applications and inviting candidates for an online interview. Successful applicants will be placed in a "hold pool," gaining priority for placement on future Cabin Crew training courses as they become available. The airline’s teams maintain regular contact with candidates in the hold pool, providing updates on upcoming courses and re-confirming interest in preferred or alternative operational locations.
To progress in the application process, candidates must successfully complete the initial stages, including an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. An invitation to an online interview follows, and successful candidates from this stage are placed in the hold pool for future training opportunities.
