The Role:

A Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. This involves ensuring all safety procedures are followed rigorously and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service onboard. It is a dynamic role requiring adaptability and flexibility, as crew members operate various shifts, including early morning departures and late-night arrivals. Safety remains the utmost priority in every aspect of the role.

Training & Development:

Ryanair Group provides comprehensive, free Cabin Crew training. Successful applicants will undertake an internationally recognised 6-week course designed to equip them with all essential skills, from safety protocols and emergency procedures to first aid and customer service excellence. The training includes theoretical study, practical exercises, and exams, culminating in supervised flights and earning official Cabin Crew wings. The company is committed to career progression, offering opportunities for advancement to roles such as Senior Crew, Base Supervisor, and managerial positions.
