Cabin Crew Opportunity at Ryanair

Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic candidates for its Future Cabin Crew program. The role requires operating early and late shifts, with potential start times as early as 5 am and returns as late as midnight. Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Program Details

This program offers aspiring candidates the opportunity to express interest in joining a Cabin Crew "hold pool" for future training courses.

Successful applicants will be invited to an online interview and, if successful, added to the "hold pool." They will then be prioritized for placement on future Cabin Crew training courses as they become available. Regular updates regarding future courses and location preferences will be provided.

Applicants must complete the initial stages, including an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire, to progress with their application.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • The ideal height is between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water is essential.
  • Applicants should be hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster are necessary.
  • Applicants must enjoy interacting with the public and provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment is required.
  • A passion for traveling and meeting new people is preferred.
