Life as cabin crew is both enjoyable and rewarding, but it also requires dedication, with safety being the foremost priority. The role involves early and late shifts, potentially starting as early as 5:00 AM and concluding around midnight. The Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme is designed to identify and select candidates for future cabin crew training courses. Applicants will undergo an online interview process. Successful candidates will be placed in a 'hold pool' and prioritized for upcoming training opportunities. Regular updates and confirmations of interest regarding preferred locations will be provided. Completion of an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire are required for application progression.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
