Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Program

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, seeks enthusiastic candidates for its Future Cabin Crew program. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of over 16,000 cabin crew members across Ryanair’s extensive network of over 90 operational bases, delivering exceptional customer service to over 600,000 guests on more than 3,600 daily flights.

This role offers numerous benefits, including unlimited discount travel across Ryanair’s 250+ destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off roster', and a competitive salary package. Comprehensive, world-class training is provided completely free of charge. No prior experience is necessary, as the training courses equip candidates with the fundamental skills required to deliver a safe and superior in-flight experience. Upon completion, successful candidates will receive their 'Cabin Crew Wings', signifying their readiness to embark on a career in the skies.

Life as Cabin Crew is both rewarding and demanding, with safety as the foremost priority. The role requires operating both early and late shifts, potentially starting as early as 5 am and returning as late as midnight. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess a high level of enthusiasm.

The Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme offers aspiring candidates the opportunity to express their interest in joining a Cabin Crew "hold pool" for future training courses. Candidates will undergo an online interview, and if successful, will be prioritized for placement on future courses as they become available. Regular updates regarding course availability and location preferences will be provided.
