While the role of Cabin Crew is immensely fun and rewarding, it is also demanding. Safety is the paramount priority, and the position requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 5:00 AM on early rosters and may not return home until midnight on late rosters. This career is ideally suited for customer-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess abundant enthusiasm.

Please note: As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • A height between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") is required.
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, demonstrating capability to support another person in water.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude, enjoying interaction with the public.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the capacity to successfully pass a formal English Language Assessment.
  • A genuine passion for travel and engaging with diverse individuals and cultures.
