Buzz, a part of Europe’s Largest Airline Group, Ryanair, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its expanding team as Cabin Crew members at Eastern European Bases. As a member of the Cabin Crew team, the primary focus is ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers while providing a top-class inflight experience. Life as Cabin Crew is rewarding and offers a unique adventure, though it is also a demanding position requiring flexibility. Responsibilities include operating varying shift patterns, which may involve reporting for duty as early as 5 am or returning home as late as midnight. The role suits individuals who are customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Training and Development

No prior aviation experience is necessary for this role. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive, world-leading training, provided completely free of charge. This training is designed to equip individuals with all the fundamental skills required to perform duties safely and effectively. Upon successful completion, trainees will be awarded their 'Cabin Crew Wings', signifying readiness to fly.

Requirements

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Meet height requirements, approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in water.
  • Demonstrate attributes including being hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and possessing a friendly personality.
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working a demanding shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Be comfortable speaking and writing in English and capable of successfully passing an English Language Assessment.
  • Exhibit a passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Mandatory Assessments:

As part of the application process, candidates are required to successfully complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
