Job Title: Cabin Crew

Location: Various Ryanair Group Bases (Europe)

About the Role:

Based across a network of 90+ operational bases, Cabin Crew deliver best-in-class customer service to hundreds of thousands of guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. This role offers the opportunity to become a vital part of a dynamic team, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while representing a leading airline brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests onboard.
  • Ensure passenger safety and security in accordance with aviation regulations.
  • Execute sales duties onboard, including retail and food service.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere strictly to safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Operate flexible shifts, including early mornings and late nights, as per the roster.

Training & Development:

No prior Cabin Crew experience is necessary. Successful candidates will receive world-leading, comprehensive training covering all fundamental skills required for the role, provided completely free of charge. Upon successful completion of the training course, candidates will be issued with their ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and certified to fly. The Ryanair Group fosters a culture of growth with numerous career opportunities, including progression to Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight roles.

Requirements:

  • High level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Strong ability to interact with the public and provide excellent customer service with a proactive approach.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable to working a demanding shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
  • Height between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency.
