As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class safety and customer service experience to over 550,000 guests daily. This dynamic role requires individuals with a passion for travel, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Your journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a six-week training course held in Germany. This comprehensive program covers all essential skills, including safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service protocols. Requirements:
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Germany and travel freely through the Ryanair network, including non-Schengen countries.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with a friendly disposition.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people.
- Excellent customer service skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- German language skills are highly regarded, but not mandatory.
Please Note: This is a demanding role requiring individuals comfortable working early and late shifts. Early roster shifts may begin as early as 5:00 am, while afternoon roster shifts may conclude as late as midnight.
