Role Overview

This position offers the opportunity to become part of a world-leading aviation team. The role is demanding, requiring flexibility and a strong commitment to safety, which is the number one priority. Cabin Crew operate varied shifts, including early mornings (reporting for duty as early as 5 am) and late nights (returning home as late as midnight). Key Responsibilities & Training

No prior experience is necessary. Successful candidates will receive world-leading, free training designed to provide all the fundamental skills required for the role. The comprehensive training program ensures crew members are equipped to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience. Upon completion, crew members receive their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and are ready to commence flying duties.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • High level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude and enjoy interacting with the public.
  • Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable to work a shift roster, including early starts and late nights.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
  • Height between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing fluently in English.
  • Demonstrates competencies in Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, Sales Skills, and Teamwork.

Application Process Note:

As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
