Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and best-in-class customer service to a diverse range of international guests.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers by rigorously adhering to aviation regulations and company operational procedures.
- Effectively manage and respond to various inflight situations, consistently prioritizing safety above all else.
- Operate efficiently within a demanding and flexible shift roster, which includes early morning duties (commencing as early as 05:00) and late-night returns (concluding at midnight).
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive, cooperative, and efficient operational environment.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and impeccable appearance in accordance with strict airline standards.

Upon successful completion of the course, individuals will be formally awarded their 'Cabin Crew Wings,' signaling their readiness to commence an exciting aviation career. Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills and a profound commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Exhibits a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Comfortable and adaptable to a demanding and flexible shift roster, which includes early morning duties and late-night returns.
- Holds the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
- Meets the physical height requirement, being between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
