Important Note: As part of the application process, all candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.

Requirements

Candidates for the Cabin Crew position are expected to demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Exceptional enthusiasm and a proactive approach to all tasks.
  • A genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • A strong work ethic, inherent flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Adaptability to a demanding shift roster, including early morning starts and late-night finishes.
  • The unrestricted legal right to live and work permanently within the European Union.
  • A height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • The capability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Fluency and comfort in both spoken and written English.
