Role Description

Successful applicants will join a substantial network of over 16,000 existing Cabin Crew professionals operating from more than 90 strategic operational bases.

The core responsibility of the Cabin Crew member is to deliver best-in-class customer service to millions of guests, contributing to the safe operation of over 3,600 flights daily. This role is integral to maintaining the airline’s commitment to operational excellence and passenger safety.

No prior aviation experience is required. The airline provides a comprehensive, world-leading Cabin Crew Training Course entirely free of charge. This specialized training is meticulously designed to equip all recruits with the fundamental skills necessary to deliver a safe, professional, and top-class inflight experience. Upon successful completion of the course, crew members are officially issued their ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and are prepared for immediate operational deployment.

Operational Requirements

Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and professionally rewarding, yet it remains a demanding position where passenger safety is the paramount priority. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and resilience, as the role requires operating variable shift patterns. This includes early morning duties, potentially requiring reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM, and late shifts that may conclude near midnight. A positive, customer-oriented disposition and the ability to thrive in a consistently fast-paced environment are essential for success.

Mandatory Assessment Notice: As a requirement of the application process, candidates must successfully complete both a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to successfully complete these stipulated assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Must demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm and energy for public interaction.
  • Possesses proven ability to engage effectively with the public, providing excellent customer service backed by a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Must be hardworking, highly flexible, and exhibit an outgoing and friendly professional personality.
  • Adaptable and willing to operate a demanding shift roster, comfortable with the necessity of early starts and late finishes inherent to the airline industry.
  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
  • Height must be within the range of 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Physical capability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Possesses fluent conversational and written proficiency in the English language.
