Cabin Crew Opportunity with Europe's Largest Airline Group

Role Description

Individuals seeking to embark on a rewarding career as Cabin Crew for Europe's largest airline group are invited to apply. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members operating across Ryanair's expansive network of more than 90 bases. The role involves delivering best-in-class customer service to millions of guests daily on over 3,600 flights.

Joining Ryanair offers unparalleled benefits, including unlimited discounted travel to over 250 destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off roster' pattern, and highly competitive salary packages. Furthermore, world-leading, complimentary training is provided to all successful candidates.

No prior experience is required, as the comprehensive training program equips individuals with all the essential skills necessary to provide a safe and exceptional inflight experience. Upon completion, new Cabin Crew members will earn their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and be ready to commence their aviation careers.

As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, individuals will be immersed in the company culture from the outset, with extensive career progression opportunities. These include potential advancement to roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or Director of Inflight.

While the role of Cabin Crew is both enjoyable and rewarding, it is also a demanding position where safety is the paramount priority. The role necessitates flexibility to work early morning and late-night shifts, with duties potentially starting as early as 5 am or concluding as late as midnight, depending on the roster. Candidates who are not comfortable with early starts or late finishes are advised to reconsider their application. However, for customer-focused individuals with enthusiasm and a preference for fast-paced environments, this presents an ideal career path.

Please note: As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
