Job Description

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to join its expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a thriving aviation leader, poised for significant growth, targeting over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests annually within the next decade. The Executive Assistant will provide pivotal support to both the Chief Pilot and Chief Operations Officer (COO), playing a crucial role in the seamless functioning of Ryanair's extensive operations. These operations encompass pilot, engineering, and operational departments, facilitating over 3,700 daily flights and serving more than 206 million passengers annually.

Additionally, the role involves comprehensive assistance with Staff Travel administration to support senior management and meet the travel requirements of personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings for senior executives.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and detailed itinerary preparation.
  • Provide cover for other Personal Assistants and Reception during periods of annual leave.
  • Organise and prepare for various events, including general meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
  • Maintain meticulous filing systems and record-keeping for critical airport contracts.
  • Transcribe dictation for letters, documents, and contracts for the management team.
  • Accurately take and distribute minutes for weekly management meetings.
  • Draft and compile weekly reports for the management team.
  • Develop professional reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with diverse ad-hoc projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding proactively and independently where appropriate.

  • Dictaphone typing skills are considered a distinct advantage.
