Boeing 737 Rated First Officer – Central and Eastern Europe
Ryanair Sun (Buzz), a member of the Ryanair Group, is currently accepting applications for B737 Type Rated First Officers to join its operations across Central and Eastern Europe. Successful candidates will participate in industry-leading training courses commencing in May 2026. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and early submission is encouraged to secure preferred base locations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Possess an unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union.

Must be under the age of 65.

Hold an EASA Part-FCL licence.

Maintain a valid EU (Part-MED) Class 1 medical certificate.

Minimum of 1,200 hours total flying time.

Minimum of 1,000 hours on CS25 type aircraft.

Minimum of 800 hours on the Boeing 737-300 to 900 series.

Must hold the B737 300-900 type rating on the licence.

English language proficiency of at least ICAO Level 4 (Operational) in both verbal and written communication.

Must have operated as a First Officer on B737 300-900 series aircraft within the 36 months prior to the course start date.
Assessment and Selection Process
The recruitment process involves a mandatory online assessment to satisfy EASA regulatory requirements regarding Work Related Behavioural assessments. The selection consists of two phases:
Phase 1:
An online assessment conducted via AON (subject to a non-refundable €60 fee). Candidates are required to complete four specific tasks. Only those who meet the minimum standards will proceed to the next stage.
Phase 2:
A comprehensive psychological assessment integrated into the simulator assessment and formal interview process.
