About the Role

Royal Jordanian is seeking customer-focused individuals to join their team as Flight Attendants. This entry-level position, based in Amman, Jordan, is crucial in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of all passengers. Flight Attendants will be responsible for a range of duties, from passenger assistance and service to emergency response and pre-flight preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming passengers on board, assisting with seating and luggage.
• Making cabin announcements and remaining visible to address passenger requests.
• Leading passengers in emergency situations and providing first aid when necessary.
• Ensuring cabin safety by checking seat belts, galleys, and securing the cabin before takeoff.
• Serving meals and refreshments in accordance with company regulations.
• Demonstrating safety procedures and equipment usage to passengers.
• Conducting pre-flight duties, including safety equipment checks, cabin cleanliness, catering verification, and first aid kit inspection.
• Ensuring the safe disembarkation of passengers and checking for unattended luggage.
• Completing flight-related paperwork, including stock control and fault logging, and liaising with ground staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nationality: Jordanian.
