Flight Attendant Job Description
Royal Jordanian is seeking customer-focused individuals to join the team as Flight Attendants. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of all passengers.
Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome passengers on board, assist with hand luggage, and resolve seating inquiries.

Manage cabin announcements, provide flight status updates, and remain available to address passenger requests throughout the flight.

Lead passengers during emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.

Verify passenger seat belts and ensure galleys are secure prior to takeoff.

Serve meals and refreshments in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Demonstrate safety procedures and the use of emergency equipment to passengers before every flight.

Perform comprehensive pre-flight duties, including safety equipment inspections, cabin cleanliness checks, verification of catering and special meal requests, and confirming all necessary documentation and first aid supplies are on board.

Oversee the safe disembarkation of passengers and conduct thorough post-flight inspections of overhead lockers, toilets, and galley areas to ensure no items are left behind.

Complete all flight-related documentation, including stock control and the reporting of technical faults, while maintaining effective communication with ground staff.
