Duties and Responsibilities

Welcoming passengers and assisting with seating and luggage.

Making in-flight announcements and keeping passengers informed.

Responding to passenger requests during the flight.

Leading passengers in emergency situations and providing first aid.

Conducting safety checks, including passenger seat belts and securing galleys.

Serving meals and refreshments according to company regulations.

Demonstrating safety procedures and equipment use.

Performing pre-flight duties such as checking safety equipment, aircraft cleanliness, meal provisions, and first aid kits.

Ensuring safe passenger disembarkation and checking for left belongings.
