- Minimum 500 SES, 250 Alaska Time
- Minimum 200 DHC-2 on Floats

- Insurable – No serious accidents, good flying record
- Alaska Time and River experience preferred

- Good physical condition
- Personable—must be courteous, professional
and get along with guests and crew
