Key Responsibilities
As an A320 First Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights in accordance with company policies and international regulations.
- Providing a high level of service to passengers.
- Collaborating effectively with the flight crew and ground staff.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation procedures and aircraft systems.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 5,000 total flight hours (fixed-wing aircraft only).
- A minimum of 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on the Airbus A320 family.
- A valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with a current Airbus A320 Type Rating and Instrument Rating.
- English Language Proficiency – Level 6.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (must remain valid for at least six months from the date of joining RB).
- A valid License Proficiency Check (LPC) as PIC on the Airbus A320 family (must remain valid for at least six months from the date of joining RB).
- Candidates must be under 60 years of age.
Licensing
- A valid ATPL Licence and Type Rating are required. While a UK ATPL is preferred, other national licences will be considered.

- Simulator Assessment
- Security Vetting
Contract Details
- Duration: 24 months, with the possibility of renewal.
- Base of Operations: Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
- Roster Pattern: Non-commuting.
- Average Flying Hours: Approximately 60-70 hours per month.
