This opportunity features a non-commuting roster pattern, with average flying hours estimated at 60-70 hours per month. The initial contract duration is set for 24 months, with the potential for subsequent renewal. A commencement date in 2025 is anticipated, and candidates with immediate availability will be favourably considered.

Requirements:
Prospective candidates for this pilot position must satisfy the following essential criteria:
- Possess a minimum of 5,000 hours of total flight time on fixed-wing aircraft types.
- Accumulate a minimum of 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience specifically on the Airbus A320 family aircraft.
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with a current Airbus A320 Type Rating and Instrument Rating.
- Demonstrate English Language Proficiency at ICAO Level 6.
- Maintain a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, which must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months from the potential date of joining RB.
- Hold a valid Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) as PIC on the Airbus A320 family, which must also remain valid for at least 6 months from the potential date of joining RB.
- Be under 60 years of age at the time of application.
Licence Requirement:
Possession of a valid ATPL Licence and the relevant Type Rating is mandatory. While a UK ATPL is preferred, applications from candidates holding valid licences issued by other authorities will be thoroughly reviewed and considered.

- A duly completed RB Application Form.
- An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume detailing aviation experience.
- A copy of a valid Passport.
- Copies of a valid ATPL demonstrating a valid A320 Type Rating and Instrument Rating.
- A copy of the most recent A320 LPC report.
- A copy of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Should a candidate be shortlisted following the initial review, additional documents will be requested. Applicants may also submit these documents upfront if readily available. These supplementary documents typically include:
- A No Criminal Record certificate (this document is required after successfully passing the interview stage).
- Certified or stamped copies of Logbook pages covering the last 6 months of flying activity.
- The last Simulator Check Report received from the current or previous airline employer.
- The last Line Check Report received from the current or previous airline employer.
- A No Incident/Accident Report (this document must be less than 6 months old at the anticipated start date of the contract).
- A Licence Verification Letter from the issuing authority (this document must also be less than 6 months old at the anticipated start date of the contract).
- A Certificate of Employment from the last airline employer, providing details such as start and end dates, total hours flown, and hours flown specifically by rank and fleet.
