The ideal candidate possesses a minimum total flight time of 3000 hours. They must hold an FAA/EASA/CASA ATP license with an A320 type rating and a valid first-class medical certificate. A minimum of 1000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on the A320 aircraft is essential.
