Role Overview
Riyadh Air is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the strategic planning and daily execution of pilot scheduling and resource allocation. The successful candidate will design frameworks to ensure every flight is staffed by qualified, legal, and well-rested pilots, balancing GACA regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and international aviation standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Designing optimized pairings and developing compliant crew rosters.

Coordinating with Flight Operations, Training, and OCC teams to plan training schedules.

Applying fatigue risk management principles to support pilot wellbeing and operational continuity.

Collaborating with Network Planning and Scheduling to evaluate the impact of flight schedules on crew resources.

Identifying operational risks and designing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

Contributing to long-term manpower forecasting, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

Developing and managing long-term and short-term Flight Crew recurrent training programs in collaboration with the Training Department.
Candidate Requirements

Academic degree qualification.

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Crew Planning, Crew Scheduling, or Manpower Resource Planning within a commercial airline.

Extensive knowledge of pairing construction, crew roster development, and the management of large-scale training programs.

Prior experience with NetLine Crew software is considered a significant advantage.
