About the Role
The Type Rating Instructor will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of pilot training for ATR72 operations. Deliver ATR72-212A and ATR 72-600 line checking duties to pilots across the airline.

Conduct all training activities in strict accordance with Air Botswana's operational manuals and regulatory standards.

Ensure continuous currency and compliance as an ATR72 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE).

Provide comprehensive simulator instruction; an SFI qualification is considered an added advantage for this role.

Support the ongoing improvement and development of training programmes and safety standards within the airline.
Qualifications

Hold a current ATR72-212A / ATR 72-600 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) certification.

An SFI (Simulator Flight Instructor) qualification is highly advantageous.
