Second in Command – Gulfstream G150

Reynolds Jet, a private aircraft management and charter company, seeks a Second in Command (SIC) for its Gulfstream G150 aircraft, based at Cincinnati Lunken Municipal Airport (LUK). This role operates under Part 91 regulations as part of a two-person crew, flying approximately 125 hours annually.

About the Role

The Second in Command is responsible for supporting and adhering to all Reynolds Jet Safety and Quality Standards. The SIC reports operationally to the Pilot in Command (PIC) and administratively to the Chief Pilot. Key responsibilities include assisting the PIC in managing the flight, performing flight duties as directed, executing takeoffs and landings under the PIC’s authority, and assuming PIC authority in cases of incapacitation. The SIC actively participates in the Safety Management System by identifying and reporting hazards and safety risks, and is expected to gain knowledge of PIC duties and pertinent operational manuals, regulations, and flight documentation.

Requirements

• Must possess a Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• Must hold a Multi-Engine Rating and an Instrument Rating.
• A valid Passport is required.
• Must possess a First Class medical certificate, or a Second Class medical certificate with the ability to obtain a First Class medical.
• A Radio Station License is mandatory.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 1,000 total flight hours.
• A minimum of 500 flight hours as Pilot in Command is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must have a favorable PRIA.
• Must live or be willing to relocate within a 2-hour drive of LUK airport.
• Prior turbine experience is favorably considered.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
