Pilot in Command - Hawker 400XP
Reynolds Jet is seeking a professional, full-time Pilot in Command to join our Aircraft Management operations at Cincinnati Lunken Municipal Airport (KLUK). This role involves serving as part of a dedicated three-person crew, operating a Hawker 400XP approximately 600 hours annually under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and a differentiated level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Retain final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft (14 CFR § 91.3), including decisions regarding flight delays, cancellations, or deviations.

Direct the activities of the Second-in-Command (SIC) and crewmembers to ensure precise execution of duties.

Participate proactively in the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying and reporting hazards and risk management deficiencies.

Ensure compliance with all applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), company procedures, and General Operations Manual standards.

Manage operational planning, including weather briefings, NOTAMs, flight planning, fuel/oxygen requirements, and weight and balance documentation.

Conduct pre-flight inspections and provide mandatory safety briefings to passengers.

Ensure aircraft airworthiness, cleanliness, and passenger comfort standards.

Fulfill duties as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) and Inflight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required.

Complete all post-flight documentation, including maintenance logs and incident reports.
Requirements

Education:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Certifications:
Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (or Restricted ATP if applicable), Multi-engine and Instrument ratings.

Experience:
BE400XP type rating preferred (or ability to obtain).

Medical:
Current First Class medical certificate.

Documentation:
Valid US Passport and Radio Station License.

Compliance:
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and maintain a favorable Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) check.

Regulatory:
Must meet all applicable International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.

Location:
This position is not commutable; candidates must live or be willing to relocate within a 2-hour drive of the KLUK airport.
