Candidate Requirements

Melair is seeking individuals who meet the following essential criteria:

• Possession of a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation License.
• Possession of a valid EASA Cabin Crew Class Medical Certificate.
• Eligibility to work in Spain, demonstrated by a European Passport or a valid Spanish work permit.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
• Height Requirement: Between 1.65m and 1.80m without shoes (due to aircraft-specific operational limitations).
• Possession of a flexible personality with the ability to adapt to and work varied shift patterns.
• Demonstration of excellent customer service aptitude and a passenger-centric approach.
