TUI Fly Belgium, a part of the largest leisure fleet in Europe, seeks a qualified and dedicated B737NG/Max First Officer to join their team. This is a summer contract position through Resource Consulting AG (Agency number VG.2210/U).
The First Officer supports the Captain in the comprehensive management of flight operations within TUI Fly. He/She is responsible for monitoring a safe, efficient, and passenger-friendly flight operation in collaboration with the Captain. This involves adherence to standards established in relevant operational documentation and legislation, within the safety culture upheld by TUI Fly. The First Officer provides valuable feedback to improve operational quality and actively contributes to a positive team environment under the Captain's leadership. Collaboration extends beyond the flight crew to include parties supporting flight preparation, both internally and externally. He/She assists in realizing the service levels and passenger interaction standards desired by TUI Fly, under the guidance of the Captain and in partnership with fellow crew members.
The ideal candidate possesses a (Frozen) ATPL and a valid EASA license. A current B737 type rating is essential. Completion of a line check on the B737 is preferred. He/She must be fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is advantageous. The candidate embodies TUI's core values: Trusted, Unique, and Inspiring.
