- Physical Resilience: The ability to lift and maneuver heavy carts, assist passengers with luggage, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to passengers and crew, including clear articulation in emergency situations.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight travel, with a willingness to relocate based on operational needs.
