First Officer

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as First Officers, supporting our Captains in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of Embraer 170/175 aircraft.
As a First Officer, you will:
- Collaborate with the Captain in all aspects of flight planning, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company policies, and utilizing the latest weather information.
- Conduct thorough preflight inspections to verify the aircraft's airworthiness and ensure a safe and compliant flight.
- Operate the aircraft safely and effectively under the direction of the Captain, adhering to FARs, company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems, FARs, company manuals, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, passengers, air traffic control, and ground personnel, ensuring clear and concise transmission of information.
- Exhibit exceptional situational awareness and decision-making skills, responding calmly and effectively to a variety of in-flight situations.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of conduct and aviation regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Meet the minimum requirements for an ATP or RATP certificate, with ATP written preferred.
- Fulfill the FAA and company's minimum age and flight hour requirements for interview and hiring.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit a commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the aviation industry, is highly desirable.
