About the Role

Redtail Air is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command (Captain) to operate Quest Kodiak K-100 aircraft for operations based in Moab, Utah, during the 2025 season. This position operates under FAR 135 regulations and prioritizes a strong commitment to safety and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must meet the experience requirements as stipulated in FAR 135.243(b).
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must undergo verification of all credentials.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Position is for a Captain (Pilot in Command).
• Aircraft operated: Quest Kodiak K-100.
• Direct entry Captain is offered.
• Non-type-rated candidates are welcome.
• Backcountry, tailwheel, and mountain flying experience are highly valued.
