Redtail Air Adventures is actively seeking highly qualified and motivated aviation professionals to join its esteemed team. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about piloting and delivering exceptional flight experiences within a dynamic operational environment.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this challenging and fulfilling role, prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- A minimum of 500 hours total flight time.
- At least 100 hours of cross-country flight time, including a minimum of 25 hours of night cross-country experience.
- Possession of a valid FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- Current FAA Instrument Rating (IR).
- A valid FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check, verification of credentials, and a pre-employment drug test in accordance with DOT regulations.
- While a type rating is not required as a prerequisite, training will be provided as necessary.
Preferred Experience
While not strictly required, applicants demonstrating proficiency and experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
- Extensive experience in backcountry operations.
- Proficiency in tailwheel aircraft.
- Demonstrated experience in mountain flying.
- Experience with high-performance aircraft.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
