The successful candidate has excellent customer service skills and team member qualities, in addition to the required certification and experience the position requires. They must also be willing to live and work within one hour of the Ted Stevens International Airport. Other Qualifications include:
* Must possess High School Diploma/GED.
* Must possess all current ratings to operate
aircraft for a Part 135 Operation, including an
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Beech
1900 Type Rating Preferred
* Must have a total of 1800 hours in a fixed-wing
aircraft, of which 250 hours will be multi-engine
turbine time, and must have air carrier experience.
* Must have a valid FAA First-Class Medical
* Must not have an FAA Certificate Action or
Administrative Action record within the prior
24 months.
* Must have a valid US Passport and be able
to travel in and out of the US, including Canada.
* Must be fluent in English and communicate
professionally, both verbally and in writing.
* Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements
of the position, which require the ability to lift and
maneuver 20 lbs. regularly and may involve lifting
and maneuvering up to 65 lbs.
* Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends
and holidays.
* Must be able to work in all types of weather,
including extreme temperatures.
* Must have a strong safety awareness and
the ability to adhere to all Safety requirements.
* Must speak, read, write, and understand
English fluently.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
without employer sponsorship.
* Must be comfortable working in an airport
environment around odors and sounds
typically associated with operating aircraft.
