Randstad is presenting an excellent opportunity to work at a world-renowned manufacturer of aircraft and global defense solutions. In this role, you will serve as an instructor for new and existing employees, facilitating job skills training courses and safety trainings. This position requires travel between multiple job sites and mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying commutes. Requirements Include:
+ Valid US Work Authorization
+ Must be over the age of 18
+ Must pass a background check
+ Must pass a drug test including THC
+ Must be available to work ANY SHIFT as needed
+ Must provide your own transportation
+ Must have excellent communication & presentation skills
+ Must be able grasp and re-teach technical and mechanical skills

Responsibilities
Must have technical skills to teach aerospace courses or the ability to quickly learn and re-teach technical & mechanical concepts.
You will train and instruct employees in the following areas and skills via Instructional materials, verbal & hands-on presentations/demonstrations and computer presentations:
1. Electrical Courses
– Electrical Aircraft installations and assembly work
– Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting
– Electrical crimping
– Electrical soldering
– Basic mechanical skills
2. Aerospace Mechanical Skills
– Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding
– Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling, and/or Maintenance
– Blueprints, productions standards, and/or Functional Test
– Aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting
3. Aerospace Sealant Courses
– Instruct in the application of Aircraft Sealant application
– Clean and a sealant to aircraft components
4. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Training
– Teach on Confined Spaces, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT, and Fall Protection
MUST BE PREPARED TO DEMONSTRATE A 5 MINUTE “TEACH BACK” DURING INTERVIEW.
