Minimum Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possession of a valid UK CAA Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (CPL ME/IR).
• Holding a current UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• A minimum total flight time of 200 hours.
• Successful completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT).
• Demonstrable strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A resolute commitment to aviation safety and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Desirable Attributes

While not mandatory, the following qualifications and experiences are considered highly advantageous:

• Proven experience with turbine or turboprop aircraft.
• A current type rating and significant operational experience on the Cessna F406 aircraft.
• Completion of a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course. (Please note, an Airline Pilot Standard (APS) MCC is not a prerequisite).
