Candidate Profile and Minimum Requirements
Prospective candidates are required to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- A cumulative total of not less than 1500 block hours of flight experience.
- A minimum of 500 block hours specifically on type.
- A current and valid Type Rating appropriate to the operational fleet is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Maintenance of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 as a minimum; candidates with ELP Levels 5 or 6 are highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid EU passport.
- Provision of a valid Criminal Record check, with a validity of 5 years, in full compliance with Latvian law “On Aviation”.
- Submission of a comprehensive and current resume, facilitating a mandatory 5-year employment history check.
