Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1500 flight hours is required.
- Type Specific Experience: A minimum of 500 flight hours on the specified aircraft type is mandatory.
- Type Rating: A valid type rating for the relevant aircraft is essential.
- Flight Time Notes: Experience on type must be no less than 500 block hours, with a minimum total block hours of 1500.
- License: A current Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is required.
- License Holder Eligibility: Open to candidates holding an EASA license.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 medical certificate is mandatory.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP): Level 4 is the minimum requirement. Levels 5 or 6 are preferable.
- Documentation: Candidates must possess an EU passport, a valid criminal record certificate (valid for 5 years as per Latvian law “On Aviation”), and a current resume detailing employment history for the past 5 years.
