Type-Rated Captain - SAAB 340
RAF-AVIA is actively seeking experienced and qualified pilots to join its esteemed team as a Type-Rated Captain for the SAAB 340 aircraft. This role offers a significant opportunity for professional growth within a reputable airline.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possession of a valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL(A) license.
- A current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- A valid SAAB 340 type rating.
- A minimum of 500 block hours of experience on the SAAB 340 type.
- A minimum of 1500 total block hours of flight experience.
- ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 as a minimum; Level 5 or 6 is preferable.
- A valid Instrument Rating (IR(A)).
- Valid MEEU passport.
- A valid Criminal Record certificate, in accordance with Latvian law (“On Aviation”), valid for 5 years.
- An up-to-date resume, including an employment history check for the past 5 years.

Compensation and Working Pattern:

- The working pattern involves 20 days at the operational base on duty, followed by 20 days at home. This pattern includes provisions for reserve duty and training.

- Possession of a valid EASA Part-FCL license; a frozen ATPL(A) is the minimum requirement.
- A current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- A valid SAAB 340 type rating.
- Valid Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) Advanced Certificates.
- ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 as a minimum; Level 5 or 6 is preferable.
- A valid Instrument Rating (IR(A)).
- Valid MEEU passport.
- A valid Criminal Record certificate, in accordance with Latvian law (“On Aviation”), valid for 5 years.
