Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the MPL Cadet Pilot Training Programme, applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

• Residency: Must possess a valid Qatar residence permit or have been born in Qatar.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age and under 27 years of age at the time of application.
• Education: Must have completed secondary school education.
• English Proficiency: Must hold an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 overall, with no less than 6.0 in each component, attained within the last 24 months.
• Assessments: Must pass all required pre-selection assessment tests and the Qatar Airways interview.
• Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit to obtain a QCAA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain an official police clearance if required.

Selection Process

Candidates who successfully complete the assessment and interview stages will be placed in a holding pool. Training slots are limited and will be granted based on availability. Applicants who are not selected during this intake are encouraged to monitor future openings for subsequent application opportunities.
