MPL Cadet Pilot Training Programme

Qatar Airways presents an exclusive opportunity to join its MPL Cadet Pilot Training Programme, offering aspiring individuals a pathway to become future pilots with the airline.

Limited training slots are available and are open specifically to residents of Qatar holding a valid residence permit or individuals who were born in Qatar.

Candidates accepted into the programme will be responsible for arranging the associated cost of training.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Must hold a valid residence permit in the State of Qatar or have been born in Qatar.
• Must be above the age of 18 years and below 27 years at the time of application.
• Must have completed Secondary School Education.
• Must have obtained a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 within the last 24 months, with no individual component score less than 6.0.
• Must successfully pass all pre-selection assessment tests.
• Must successfully pass the Qatar Airways interview.
• Must be medically fit to obtain a QCAA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Must be able to obtain an official police clearance, if required.

Applicants who successfully pass the assessment and interview stages will be placed in a holding pool. Training slots will be granted from this pool based on availability. As the programme has limited capacity, unsuccessful candidates are advised to monitor future openings for potential re-application.
