MPL Cadet Pilot Training Programme - Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways presents an exclusive opportunity to become future pilots by joining its MPL Cadet Pilot Training Programme. This highly sought-after programme is open to a limited number of candidates who hold a valid residence permit in the State of Qatar or were born in Qatar.

Candidates accepted into the programme will be responsible for the associated cost of training.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Must possess a valid residence permit in the State of Qatar or have been born in Qatar.
• Must be between 18 and 27 years of age at the time of application.
• Must have completed Secondary School Education.
• Must have achieved a minimum IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.0, obtained within the last 24 months, with no component score below 6.0.
• Must successfully pass all pre-selection assessment tests.
• Must successfully pass the Qatar Airways interview.
• Must be medically fit to obtain a QCAA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Must be able to obtain an official police clearance certificate, if required.

Candidates who successfully complete the assessment and interview stages will be placed in a holding pool, with training slots allocated based on availability. As only limited slots are available, candidates who are not successful in the current opening are encouraged to monitor future announcements for potential re-application.
