Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the BD-700 Type Rated Captain position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 5,000 hours total flight time on aeroplanes (excluding simulator time).
• A minimum of 2,000 hours on Jet aircraft.
• A minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Multi-Crew Jet aircraft.
• A minimum of 500 hours on the Bombardier BD-700 type.
• Valid ATPL (ICAO, EASA, or FAA) and a current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Hold or have previously held an Instrument Rating.
• Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Must have completed a flight on a jet aircraft within the past 12 months.
