As the Executive Assistant – Cabin Crew, Flight Operations and Safety , you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, high level administration support to the Executive Manager – Cabin Crew, Chief Pilot and Head of Safety. In this role, you will be ‘one step ahead’ in the scheduling of resources, diary management, coordinating travel arrangements and many other day to day administration tasks. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle a dynamic environment.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Previous experience in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Highly developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a flexible approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and other team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint etc
• Proactive, self-starter with a positive mindset to everyday challenges
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
