Qanot Sharq Airlines is seeking motivated Female Flight Attendants to join their team in Uzbekistan. About the Role

The Female Flight Attendant position at Qanot Sharq Airlines entails delivering excellent passenger service and ensuring safety protocols are met. The role demands adaptability, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively. Successful candidates will undergo rigorous medical examinations and training at the Training and Simulation Center.

Requirements

• Citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Age generally between 18 and 25 years, subject to individual assessment.
• Minimum of secondary education.
• Proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian to the extent necessary for performing duties.
• Knowledge of geography, culture, and politics.
• Clear diction and the absence of speech defects.
• Quick-wittedness and the ability to respond rapidly.
• Psychological resilience and the ability to work effectively in stressful and emergency situations under time pressure.
• Minimum height of 162 cm and a maximum height of 175 cm.
• Body weight proportional to height.
• A slim, proportional figure is required.
• No tattoos on exposed areas of the body.
• No visible facial asymmetry, defects, scars, pigmentation, birthmarks, large moles, or burn marks.
• No piercings other than standard ear piercings are permitted.
• No crowns made of yellow or white metal alloys.
• Neat hairstyle or haircut; no facial hair (beards or mustaches) while serving.
• A neat, tidy, and polished appearance is mandatory.
• Swimming ability is required.
• Discipline, organization, responsibility, punctuality, tact, persistence, observation, friendliness, responsiveness, approachability, care, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 0 years.
• Knowledge and experience in medicine are advantageous.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Prior flight attendant experience and valid aviation certificates are advantageous and will lead to an interview invitation.

Selection Process

The selection process involves submitting application documents, which include copies of the passport, international passport (if available), educational certificate, and military service record (if applicable), along with the prescribed application form and a high-quality, full-body photograph. Successful candidates will proceed to a suitability medical examination and training, with associated costs borne by the applicant.
