bizav is seeking a qualified and experienced Flight Captain to operate the HA-420 HondaJet for business charter flights. This permanent position offers significant flexibility with an open base in Germany and provides a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive training.

About the Role

• Operation of the HA-420 HondaJet aircraft.
• Conducting business charter flights.
• Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Contributing to a high standard of customer care and service delivery.

Requirements

• Valid EASA CPL or EASA ATPL license.
• Valid MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) certificate.
• Current and valid HA-420 HondaJet type rating.
• Minimum of 2000 total flight hours.
• Minimum of 500 Pilot in Command (PIC) flight hours.
• Experience in commercial flight operations in accordance with EASA AIR-OPS regulations.
• Valid work and residence permit for Germany.
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license (car).
• Demonstrated high resilience and strong teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency in standard Windows applications, including Word and Outlook.
• A service and goal-oriented approach to duties.
• An economic and cost-aware mindset.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Unwavering commitment to safety and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Knowledge of Crewbriefing/APG and LEON programs.
