Prime Jet | First Officer

Prime Jet is seeking a professional and safety-focused First Officer (GIV SIC) to join their Flight Crew department. This role supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of private jet charter flights, based at an unspecified location.

About the Role

The First Officer, reporting to the Chief Pilot, will play a crucial role in assisting the Captain across all flight operations phases. Responsibilities include conducting pre-flight planning, performing aircraft inspections, monitoring aircraft systems and performance, and communicating with air traffic control. The role also involves maintaining accurate flight records, ensuring FAA compliance, participating in recurrent training, and promoting safe flight operations through effective Crew Resource Management (CRM). A key aspect of this position is delivering a professional and first-class experience for passengers.

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating required; ATP preferred or in progress.
• GIV/GV experience or applicable type rating preferred.
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service excellence.
