Prospective candidates must fulfill the following essential requirements:

Extensive Flight Experience: A minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time, including at least 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) and 500 hours of multi-engine flight experience.

Certifications & Medical: Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate and an active Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is mandatory.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, though not strictly required for consideration.

Location & Relocation: Must reside within a one-hour commuting distance of Durango, CO (DRO) or demonstrate a clear willingness to relocate to the Durango area.
