Position Summary:
Premier Private Jets is actively seeking home-based candidates for the role of Citation First Officer. This position reports to the Chief Pilot and the Director of Operations. The company seeks enthusiastic individuals who possess a strong passion for aviation, coupled with the initiative and competence necessary to make a significant contribution to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The Citation First Officer functions as the Second-in-Command (SIC) pilot and is responsible for supporting the Captain in all aspects of flight operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating the ability to effectively function as an SIC Pilot.
- Following protocol and direction provided by the Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Ensuring that all flight operation activities are in full compliance with applicable FAA regulations.
- Performing all flight operations activities in strict accordance with the company manual, directives, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring personal compliance with company safety standards.
Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time.
- Minimum of 250 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Minimum of 50 hours multi-engine time.
- Minimum of 50 hours turbine time.
- Possession of an ATP-CTP course and written certificate.
- Possession of a current FAA first-class medical certificate.
- Possession of a valid US Passport with no restrictions.
- No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the last five years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Possession of a CE-500 type rating.

Schedule and Location:
This is a full-time, home-based position operating on an 8 days on / 6 days off schedule. Candidates must reside within 90 minutes of a major airport.
