Role Overview
Precision Aircraft Management is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Pilot in Command (PIC) to operate flights under 14 CFR Part 135. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional airmanship, professionalism, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. This role involves managing scheduled and on-demand charter flights while upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot in Command on Part 135 operations, ensuring safe and efficient flight execution.

Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, route selection, fuel planning, and aircraft performance calculations.

Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FAA regulations.

Ensure strict compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company policies, and operational specifications.

Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and operational documentation.

Communicate effectively with crew members, flight operations, maintenance personnel, and passengers.

Maintain all required licenses and certificates in compliance with company, ICAO, and FAA requirements.

Monitor and report any aircraft discrepancies or maintenance issues promptly.

Uphold the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and discretion.
Qualifications

FAA License with Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.

Current First-Class Medical Certificate.

Total Flight Time: Minimum 3,000 hours.

PIC Time: Minimum 500 hours.

Helicopter Time: Minimum 1,000 hours.

Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace, and flight planning.

Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with the DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program (14 CFR Part 120 & 49 CFR Part 40) and company training requirements.

Previous experience with flight instruction.
