Role Summary
Precision Aircraft Management is seeking a safety-oriented Pilot in Command (PIC) to conduct operations under 14 CFR Part 135. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior airmanship, regulatory compliance, and a dedication to operational excellence while managing scheduled and on-demand charter flights.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot in Command for Part 135 operations, prioritizing safe and efficient flight execution.

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, route selection, fuel planning, and aircraft performance calculations.

Execute pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in strict accordance with company SOPs and FAA regulations.

Ensure continuous compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company policies, and operational specifications.

Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and necessary documentation.

Coordinate effectively with crew members, flight operations, maintenance teams, and passengers.

Maintain all required licenses and certificates in compliance with FAA, ICAO, and company standards.

Monitor, document, and report aircraft discrepancies or maintenance requirements.

Uphold the highest standards of professional discretion and customer service.
Qualifications

FAA License with Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating.

Current First-Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum flight time requirements: 3,000 hours Total Time; 500 hours PIC time; 1,000 hours Helicopter time.

Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace, and flight planning.

Exceptional decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must successfully pass a background check, drug screening (per DOT 14 CFR Part 120 & 49 CFR Part 40), and company training requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

H125 type rating.

Experience providing flight instruction.

Prior experience in charter, corporate, or air ambulance operations.
