Pratt & Whitney Canada, a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking experienced aviation professionals to join its corporate division team at the St-Hubert (CYHU) base. This individual will provide exceptional, personalized service to corporate customers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft and passengers.
The successful candidate will operate in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations 604 Private Operator Standards & Guidance, the Company Flight Operations Manual (CFOM), and Standard Operations Procedures (SOP). They will also participate in the Company Code of Ethics and Safety Management System. The role involves operating company aircraft on a variable schedule as per CAR 604 standards and regulations, with varied and changing work schedules and shifts, including potential on-call demands. The ability to maintain currency on two types of aircraft is essential, and the role may include light administrative tasks related to flight operations.
Qualifications:
- Captain: Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a minimum of 3500 hours total flying time, including jet multi-pilot experience, and a Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate. (FAA ATP License is an asset).
- First Officer: Must hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL), IATRA or SARON & SAMRA exams, a Group 1 instrument rating, a minimum of 750 hours total flying time with jet or turbo-prop, multi-pilot experience, and a Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen with a valid Canadian Passport.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance and CANPASS.
- Must be able to meet TSA requirements for training in the USA.
- Multi-crew environment flying, corporate and charter experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Decisive decision-making abilities and sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills are required.
- Must be able to work a variable schedule as per CAR 604 Flight & Duty Time Regulations.
