Power Design is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Sky Concierge Specialist to join its esteemed team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This distinctive position merges the exhilaration of serving as a private flight attendant with the adaptability required to support various departments at the company's headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess exemplary hospitality skills, a talent for crafting delightful cocktails and barista beverages, and a flexible travel schedule. Beyond in-flight duties, the specialist will contribute to the company's in-house café operations and support the business development team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both passengers and internal personnel.

Key Responsibilities

In-Flight Services:

Provide exceptional hosting and service to passengers aboard private flights, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable travel experience.
Plan and execute in-flight catering, including the preparation and presentation of gourmet meals and snacks.
Skillfully craft and serve a diverse range of sophisticated cocktails, alongside high-quality barista-prepared coffee and tea beverages.
Proactively anticipate and fulfill passenger needs and preferences, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Maintain the aircraft cabin in a pristine, organized, and fully stocked condition before, during, and after flights.
Consistently present a professional and polished appearance.

Headquarters Support:

Assist in the efficient operation of the in-house café, delivering excellent customer service to employees and guests.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies, while ensuring a clean and inviting café environment.
Collaborate with the business development team on diverse projects, contributing to the company's sustained growth and success.
Offer support to other departments as required, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to acquiring new skills.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a high-end hospitality role is preferred.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, characterized by a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in cocktail preparation and barista beverage creation, coupled with a passion for beverage innovation.
Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a highly flexible travel schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Basic knowledge of business development principles is considered advantageous.
Must successfully pass a background check and obtain all necessary certifications for in-flight duties.
